Printer-friendly versionThe Judicial Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Judicial Administration) is an authorized state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of judicial administration, providing organizational and legal, information and analytical and logistical support for the activities of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, local and other courts, with territorial divisions in regions, the capital and cities of republican significance.
The Judicial Administration carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as the Regulations on the Judicial Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
