The Press Office is aimed at:
- use of a potential of mass media in order to shape a positive social opinion about the activity of the Supreme Court and local courts;
- holding a daily monitoring of materials of the press, radio and television on a judicial subject matter, timely informing the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the most significant speeches in mass media;
- ensuring interaction with the leading information agencies, editorials of republican and foreign newspapers and magazines, TV-radio companies, Internet-resources;
- lending assistance to mass media representatives in getting a required information on coverage of the activity of the Supreme Court, interaction with them during their work directly in the Supreme Court;
- organization of a prompt distribution through information agencies, press, radio, television and Internet of press-releases about judicial processes, messages and other informational and explanatory materials of the activity of the Supreme Court, judicial boards and structural subdivisions;
- arrangement of press-conferences, briefings, interviews, meetings with journalists, chief editors of TV channels, information agencies, Internet-resources and print publications of the Chairman of the Supreme Court, chairmen of boards and judges of the Supreme Court;
- participation in preparation of speeches of the Chairman of the Supreme Court and other representatives of the judicial system in mass media;
- commenting for mass media events, related to the activity of the Supreme Court;
- preparation of answers to inquiries of mass media representatives about the work of the Supreme Court.
