New Section “Lists of Cases Hearing” was created on the website of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Department for ensuring of courts activities at Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces the creation of a new Section “Lists of Cases Hearing” on the website www.sud.kz.

The website of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regional courts has the same platform, unified intuitive structure as well as convenient navigation by sections that facilitate citizens to familiarize with schedules of planned cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan in regional, municipal and district courts of the republic. The citizens can just find data by types of cases reviewed by courts as well as by judicial instances separately in Sections being updated.

Through this service the individuals, participated in the case, can easily and quickly find out date and time of appointed hearing, as well as data for case halls.

Creation of the Section will facilitate access, transparency of legal system activities that will ensure proper reservation of citizens’ rights, freedom and legal interests.
