The Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Supreme Judicial Council is institution without legal entity, created for the purpose of ensuring the constitutional powers of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to form courts, guarantee the independence of judges and their immunity.

The status and organization of the Supreme Judicial Council are defined by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

In accordance with Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Board of Experts was formed under the Supreme Judicial Council for conducting qualifying examinations for candidates of judgeship to determine their level of knowledge.
