Legal assistance centers operating in the courts of the Kyzylorda region help the conflicting citizens to reconcile them with conciliation procedures.
Every day lawyers, representatives of the Government for Citizens corporation and mediators provide their assistance free of charge here. In particular, 1.820 citizens' applications were registered, of which they settled their disputes, 753appealing to lawyers, 683 to mediators, 374 to representatives of the Public service center here in the Center, opened in February this year.
Thus, the head of the Zhanakorgan district department of the ‘Interdepartmental Settlement Center for Social Payments’ A. Ablayeva came to the court building. Before applying to the court with a statement of claim for the return of overpaid public funds to 12 citizens, she was accepted at the Legal Assistance Center. With the assistance of professional mediators, her question was resolved. A. Ablayeva expressed gratitude to the Legal Assistance Center at the District Court for the productive solution of her problem in the shortest time without unnecessary costs and the need to apply to the court.
