In Bostandyk District Court of Almaty considered civil case on the legal claim MSI " Almaty city boarding school for disabled children with neuropsychiatric abnormalities " to the citizen J. on obliging him to give a refutation of information discrediting business reputation, and to stop the spread of information and prosecution , compensation for moral damage.

11-12 October 2016 in Minsk (Belarus) there was the International Forum on: "Commercial Mediation in Eastern Europe and Central Asia." Delegates from eleven countries participated in the event. Among them are: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, Tajikistan and Mongolia.

The plaintiff Z.G.V. went to the Zhambyl District Court with the legal claim for divorce from Z.ZH.A. and determining the place of residence of minor children.

Zhambyl district court granted the plaintiff's Z.G.V.  legal claims, having loosed the registered marriage and the defendant Z.ZH.A, defining the place of residence of three minors children with the plaintiff Z.G.V.

Disagreeing with the decision of the first instance court, the defendant Z.ZH.A. went to the Zhambyl regional court.

Almaty region courts actively works on increase the number of considered cases with judicial mediation and explanation of the parties in the case of the advantages of this procedure.

September 29, 2016 the judicial division for criminal cases of the Almaty regional court considered the criminal case against A.Ermekova, received on her appeal, terminated the proceedings by way of mediation.
