Specialized inter-district economic court of Pavlodar region has published a brochure "available on mediation" in order to promote and develop the institute of conciliation procedures.
The brochure is aimed at providing citizens with information about mediation - main objectives and benefits of mediation agreements, based not only on legislation, but also on the experience of mediation centers.

LLP "Podvodstroy" went to court with a legal claim to A.Konovalov on recovery the debt formed under a contract of purchase and sale of equipment worth 6,099,014 tenge.
Under the terms of the contract, the defendant undertook to make payment within 12 calendar months from the date of the contract conclusion. LLP "Podvodstroy" commitments fulfilled and handed technique by an act of reception and transmission. However, the defendant's obligation to pay for the purchased equipment is not fulfilled.
