Yesterday there was a presentation of the draft Law RK “On arbitration (referee’s) courts”

The draft law was prepared in the frame of tasks, set by the Head of the state on development of pre-trial and alternative forms of judicial procedure by a working group consisting of representatives of the National Chamber, Supreme Court, other concerned institutions and business entities.
The presentation was held by a developer – National chamber of entrepreneurs.
