The Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan attaches a great importance to application of a pre-judicial dispute settlement, introduction of alternative methods of their solving, which allows making the justice reconstructive.

Recently a dispute of the property right has been considered in the supervisory judicial division on civil and administrative cases of the Supreme Court.

The chairman of the criminal appellate division Ye. Aripov, acting of the chairman of the civil and administrative appellate division A. Kanbayev, judge, coordinator of study programs of the regional court K. Shagatayev and others took part in the seminar.

The study center of Karaganda regional court in the organization of its work is guided by a standard statute of study centers of regional and equal to them courts, approved by the order of the Chairman of the Supreme Court RK.
