The chairman of the judicial division for criminal cases of the Supreme Court Abay Rahmetulin, Deputy Attorney General Yerlik Kenenbayev, Head of the National Bureau of Anti-Corruption Talgat Tatubaev, Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Tleu Zhangarashev and deputy chairman of the Republican National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" Rustam Zhursunov took part in it.

In the course of the "round table" the judge of the Supreme Court Omirserika Kozhabayev made a speech with an explanation of changes made to the regulatory decree № 1 dated 12 January 2009 "On some issues of application of false entrepreneurship legislation" and number 2 dated June 18, 2004 "On some issues of qualification crimes in the sphere of economic activity. " In particular, he clearly stated the rules of differentiation of certain crimes from others, updated signs of illegal business and the legalization (laundering) of money and (or) other property obtained by criminal means.

Deputy Chairman of the Republican National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" Rustam Zhursunov spoke about the need to review the structure of Article 215 of the Criminal Code on false entrepreneurship.
