In "Ust-Kamenogorsk city court" opened "Sector of legal services"

The chairman of the East Kazakhstan regional court Nurlan Kairbekov in the building of the Ust-Kamenogorsk city court presented the "Sector of legal services".

The regional judges, the chairman of the bar association Botagoz Ahmetzhanova, professional mediators Marianna Dyachuk, Aksana Kalenova, Elizaveta Abdrakhmanova, representatives of the service center - the branch of the NAO GK "Government for Citizens" and the media took part in the opening ceremony.

The sector is aimed at supporting socially vulnerable layers of the population, raising the legal culture of citizens, explaining the advantages of mediation and pre-judicial regulation of disputes. The functions and powers of the Sector are regulated by the relevant Regulation for regional and equivalent courts of the ERC.

According to N. Kairbekov, a member of the court chancellery, permanently assigned to the Sector, within the framework of free legal aid, will assist citizens in resolving disputes by properly sending them to the mediators, lawyers or the PSC employee assigned here. He also noted that lawyers, mediators, employees of the PSC, who will provide a full range of legal services, are involved in effective consideration of citizens' applications to the Sector.

Citizens who apply to the Sector, with them, need to have only a document proving their identity.
