In Ust-Kamenogorsk they concluded a seven-sided memorandum in order to popularize and expand the scope of application of mediation

Damir Abdugaliyev, the chairman of the Judicial Board for Civil Cases of the East Kazakhstan Regional Court, acting head of the Department of Justice Nurgali Andasov, Head of the Branch of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan Askar Nurgaziyev, Head of the Internal Policy Department of the region Nelli Krasnobaeva, chairmen of the Bar and Notary office Botagoz Ahmetzhanova and Kabiryash Khalelova, Director of the Center for Law and Mediation "Alternative" Aksana Kalenova signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The aim of the memorandum is to strengthen the population legal culture, conduct on a regular basis works on the promotion of mediative services, implementation of joint and concerted actions to provide legal and mediative services on the principles of constructiveness, transparency and efficiency.

Speaking, D.Abdugaliyev called mediation the most effective way to resolve the dispute, which allows saving the participants time and money in the conflict, while maintaining good friendly relations. "The East Kazakhstan regional court pays special attention to the application of conciliatory procedures, including mediation in resolving disputes and has done a lot to expand the sphere of extrajudicial settlement of disputes and conflicts. Together, we can reduce the level of conflict in society and support interethnic harmony in the region, "he added.

According to the memorandum, the parties agreed to hold joint meetings, seminars, roundtables, "Open Doors" on an ongoing basis, visits of information groups to provide mediators with services and explanations to the public.

At the end of the meeting, the parties made a number of proposals for the development of a joint plan of events, programs and working groups for the implementation of tasks.
