East Kazakhstan regional court presented methodological recommendations on application of conciliation procedures

Representing the publication, the chairman of the Judicial Board for Public Cases of the Regional Court Damir Abdugaliyev expressed confidence that the Methodological Recommendations contribute to raising the awareness of citizens about alternative ways of resolving disputes.

The judges of the regional and city courts attended the presentation.

The publication notes that pre-trial settlement of disputes is a feature of the national legal culture. Methodical recommendations explain how apply to effectively alternative dispute settlement procedures to citizens: negotiations, claims procedure, mediation, including judicial, settlement agreement, executive inscription, and participatory procedure. The recommendations reflect the advantages of each of the mentioned institutions of conciliation, give concrete examples from the judicial practice. The recommendations will help to settle disputes quickly, save time and material expenses, and reduce the load of courts.

The publication will be sent to the regional and equivalent courts of the region, placed in the foyer of the courts.
