Ekibastuz city court recovered a debt from the graduate upon the state educational loan

JSC "Financial Center" went to Ekibastuz city court of the Pavlodar region with a legal claim to the citizen K. to recover the training cost for an educational grant in the amount of 1,511,470 tenge.

The court found that by the order of the Minister of Education and Science, the defendant is determined the owner of the educational grant for rural quota, and 1.3546 million tenge was allocated K. as compensation for the university training costs from the Republican budget.

In 2013, after graduation, according to the university commission protocol K. was allocated to work in the MSPE "House of pupils". However, K, has not appeared on the work place in the direction, did not fulfill the obligation, she has not reimbursed the budget expenditures related to her education.

Guided by Article 272 of the Civil Code, according to which the obligation must be performed properly in accordance with the requirements of the law, the court ruled to satisfy the legal claims in full. With K. in favor of JSC "Financial Center" are collected 1,511,470 tenge - the amount of debt in view of penalties and 11 349 tenge - court costs to the state revenue.
