The court charged the employer to pay 26 employees more than 4 million tenge of wage arrears and pension payments in North-Kazakhstan Region

Twenty-six workers from Konstantinovskoye CRP LLP applied to Court No. 2 of the Ayrtausky district of the North-Kazakhstan region with applications for recovery of retired but not listed pension contributions and wage arrears from LLP.
In support of their claims the plaintiffs submitted certificates issued by the director of the LLP on the outstanding arrears of mandatory pension contributions and wages to the court.
