A working visit of a delegation of Kazakhstani judges led by the Chairman of the Supreme Court K. Mami to the Republic of Uzbekistan began. The event is held within the framework of the XII Meeting of Chairmen of the Supreme Courts of the SCO member states in Tashkent.
Today the Turkish delegation led by the Chairman of the Supreme Court Ismail Rushtu Cirit visited the highest judicial body of Kazakhstan.
It included the General Republican Prosecutor of the Supreme Cassation Court of Turkey Mehmet Akarja, Deputy Minister of Justice of Turkey ShabanYilmaz as well as a number of judges, representatives of the prosecutor's offices and justice of various levels.
The seminar was attended by the judges, heads of the prosecutor's office, the bar association, the department of ecology, the branch of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken", other state institutions and representatives of small and medium-sized businesses that exercise control in the sphere of environmental protection,
During her speech Tatti Ualiyeva noted that the proposed reform of the criminal process is carried out within the framework of the implementation of Plan of the Nation. She said that the interdepartmental working group had studied foreign experience with travel to the FRG, Great Britain, Estonia and Georgia which resulted in the drafting of the Law on the modernization of the criminal process.
The meeting of the chairman of the regional court Mukhtar Smagulov with representatives of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Pavlodar Region was held in the Pavlodar regional court.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the prospects of further cooperation in the field of protecting the entrepreneurs’ rights based on the principle of the rule of law, observance of justice and openness.

The main trial found that A. had committed a criminal offense, expressed in evading payment of taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget by including in the declaration and other documents related to the calculation and payment of taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget knowingly distorted data about expenses.
