The administrators of the courts of Almaty and the Military Court signed Memorandums on cooperation with the university and association of disabled people

The head of the Administrator of Courts in Almaty Daniyar Kirikbayev and the rector of the "Narxoz University" JSC Krzysztof Rybinski signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The representatives of the courts of Almaty and the University took part in the event.

The parties identified areas of mutual cooperation during the meeting: joint educational and educational activities, participation of representatives of the parties in the work jointly conducted scientific and methodological seminars, conferences and other events.

Speaking, D. Kirikbayev noted that the current practice of recruitment for the judiciary makes forward special demands for their professional training. In this regard, he called the signing of this document an important event for the university and the judiciary. ‘Beginning with the doing of students' practical training and production practice, we will jointly identify future specialists of the judicial system, conduct training and education in the spirit of dedication to the profession and improvement of the level of training.

K. Rybinski fully expressed his solidarity with the aforesaid and confidence in the effectiveness of the planned joint events.

 

The head of the Administrator of the Military Court Nursultan Baitilessov and the chairman of the association of invalids "The IFE - the Right to the City" Zhadrasyn Saduakassov signed the Memorandum of Cooperation.

The parties defined the priorities of the partnership in order to ensure accessibility of services for disabled people. The interaction is aimed at eliminating physical barriers on the way to the place of providing services and their alternative forms, including ensuring the availability of judicial information at home. It is planned to organize joint raids on the buildings of military  courts to identify shortcomings in their accessibility according to established norms as well as their elimination.

According to the agreement, the military court will facilitate the provision of home-based services for the oral appeal of a disabled person who does not have the opportunity to apply independently to the chancery of the courts for filing an application or appeal. At the same time the possibility of filing lawsuits, appeals, complaints, motions in electronic format with the help of the "Judicial Office" service to the court will be explained.

The representatives of the JSC will advise on the installation of equipment of an accessible environment in the buildings of military courts and the development of the Instruction "The quality of accessibility of services for disabled people and provision of situational assistance".
