The district court No. 2 of the Alakol district of Almaty Region received a representation of the private bailiff about the temporary suspension of the right to drive to a debtor M.
During the court session it was found that on the basis of the court order dated 09.06.2011, the alimony for the maintenance of little children in the amount of 1/3 of the salary or other income of the debtor was recovered from the debtor in favor of A. According to the calculation of the bailiff on 17.09.2017, the debtor's debt for the payment of alimony was 1,395,046 KZT. It is also found that the debtor is currently not taking any actions to pay off the debt collector.
The court granted the representation of the bailiff: the validity of the driver's license of the debtor was suspended until the execution of the enforcement document.
