The court established the legal fact of the birth of a girl who had lived for 16 years without documents in Arkalyk

Arkalyk city court established Tatyana P.’s legal fact of birth on December 23, 2000 in Arkalyk.

For sixteen years, Tatyana P. had not had a birth certificate. The girl's mother gave birth to her at home, she did not go to the maternity hospital or to the registration authority. Till now Tatyana lived without a document. Confirmation of the fact of birth was necessary to obtain a birth certificate for the child.

Tanya is studies at school, she is raised by her aunt. Currently, the location of the girl’s mother is unknown. The Department of Education of the Akimat of Arkalyk applied to establish the judicial fact in court with a statement.

Based on the results of the consideration the court satisfied the statement of the State institution "The Education Department of the Akimat of the city of Arkalyk taking into account the interests of the child. The fact of Tatyana P.'s birth was established on December 23, 2000.

The court's decision did not come into force.
