The Pavlodar city court has reinstated the policeman in work and has obliged DIA of region to pay him more than one million tenge for the time of forced absenteeism

S. applied to the Pavlodar city court with a claim to the Department of Internal Affairs of the region on reistation in work and recovery of wages.

It was found that the plaintiff was admitted to the position of deputy head of the investigative department of the Department of Internal Affairs of the region in 2015. Labor relations were terminated at the initiative of the employer in connection with the assumption of S. gross violations of official discipline, namely the absence in service without a justifiable reason within two working days.

Meanwhile, during the court session it was found that S. was absent from work for a good reason, they were given certificate on temporary sick leave.

The court reinstated S. in the previous position, 1 142 262 tenge (the average wage for the time of forced absence) were recovered from the defendant in favor of the plaintiff.
