A solemn ceremony of opening of a new building of the Martuk District Court was held in Aktobe Region

The akim of the region Berdibek Saparbayev, chairman of the regional court Muratgali Aketai, as well as the first heads of law enforcement, branch of the "NurOtan" party, judges, veterans of the judicial system, representatives of NGOs and the media took part in the opening ceremony of opening of the new building of the Martuk District Court.

The akim of the region B. Saparbayev noted about the implementation of tasks set by the Head of State in the Plan of the Nation, called the opening of a new palace of justice a bright event in the region in his speech.

The chairman of the regional court Muratgali Aketai stressed the special role of the President in the development of the judicial system and on behalf of the Chairman of the Supreme Court congratulated all those present on such a significant event. He thanked the akim of the region for assistance in the construction. ‘The new building of the district court with a total area of ​​900 square meters fully meets all modern standards of administration of justice. All conditions for the work of judges and court personnel are created here, and most importantly for residents of the district who apply to court for the protection of their rights and legitimate interests,’ he said.

The event continued with a solemn ceremony; the veterans of the judicial system cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the building. The participants of the celebration inspected the rooms of the new court building, got acquainted with the team.

The new building provides all conditions for the work of judges and court staff: a spacious waiting room, a conference room, two courtrooms equipped with a videoconferencing system with a projector, mediator rooms, psychological unloading, a prosecutor, a lawyer and an archive. The courthouse is provided with the access to the Internet.

Comfortable conditions for visitors are created. So, for example, persons who have applied to a court can immediately obtain the necessary information or submit an application directly to the office without passing through a guard post. The citizens also have the opportunity online to search for documents submitted to the court, to obtain information about all procedural actions in the case, to scan and print out the documents here.

The necessary information about the work of the court, including in electronic format, the schedule of reception of citizens are placed in the hall. The stands contain the provisions of the Code of Judicial Ethics, the Law "On Mediation" as well as the samples of documents for applying to the court.

The building has: modern systems of life support and continuous operation, a unified access control system and a complex of uninterrupted and guaranteed power supply. Automation of engineering systems allows reducing operating costs significantly and in case of emergencies provides the safety of the people in the building as well as the safety of information bases. There are parking for the vehicle, pedestrian paths and ramps for wheelchairs.

At the end of the solemn part the participants of the event planted tree seedlings in front of the court building.
