The head of the Department N. Sharipov held a meeting with Court Administrators on the work of the Situation Center

The head of the Department for Ensuring the Operation of Courts at the Supreme Court Nurserik Sharipov held a workshop in the Situation Center with management and representatives of the Administrators of local courts via videoconferencing.

The head of the Department of Information Technologies and Protection of the Information Resources Sergazy Omash, the Deputy Head of the Department of Organizational and Legal Support Indira Kusainova, the Head of the Situation Center Saltanat Smagulova, the heads of Administrators of regional courts as well as Astana and Almaty, their deputies, heads of the Chancellery and responsible specialists for conducting statistical reports took part in it.

Speaking, the Head of the Department drew the attention of the meeting participants to the possibilities of the Situation Center: to conduct online monitoring of the collection and analysis of information on the work of 370 local courts for 705 indicators. N. Sharipov announced the violations revealed by the Situation Center on the results of the 25-day work in the work of local courts, gave a number of specific instructions on their elimination and prevention in the future. So, it is indicated on the revealed infringements on registration of correspondence, observance of procedural terms at consideration of affairs and materials, application of system of audio, video recording of court procedures of AVR, etc.

The participants of the meeting discussed the application of the AVR and the conduct of judicial statistics in detail.
