The North-Kazakhstan regional court discussed the implementation of the judicial acts

The round table was attended by the judges, the representatives of the Prosecutor's Office, the Department of Justice and private judicial executors.

Opening the event, the acting chairman of the regional court Bakhyt Kasseinov noted that the execution of the judicial acts is an important part of the legal practice that reflects the effectiveness of justice in the state.

During the event, a judge of the regional court Murat Mukanov highlighted the problematic issues of execution of decisions on cases of administrative violations. Also, the participants discussed the reasons for non-execution of judgments on recovery of the state in civil cases considered by the courts of the region.

The participants of the round table discussed the topical issues arising in the course of execution of judicial acts for recovery in the state revenue, the procedure for applying legislation regulating executive actions, problems arising from enforcement proceedings of this category and the possibilities for their resolution, ways of mutual cooperation.

Based on the results of the round table, the participants adopted appropriate recommendations.
