A memorial plaque commemorating a veteran of the judicial system of Kasymkhan Mussin was opened in the city of Shar of the East Kazakhstan region

The chairman of the Judicial Division for Civil Cases of the East Kazakhstan Regional Court Damir Abdugaliyev and the Akim of the Zharma District Nurlan Sydykov solemnly opened a memorial plaque in memory of the veteran of the judicial system of Kasimkhan Mussin.

The ceremonial event was attended by the chairman of the branch of the Union of Judges Yeldos Zhumaksanov, the judges of the court № 2 of Zharma region, the representatives of state bodies, veterans and K. Mussin’s relatives.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, D. Abdugaliev, N. Sydykov as well as veterans Oral Smagulov, Amangeldi Slyamov and Maksut Zoszhanov talked about the Kasimkhan Adilovich’s contribution to the development of the judicial system.

On behalf of the judiciary community of the region D. Abdugaliev congratulated the descendants of K.Mussin and the city residents on such an important event - the opening of the memorial plaque. As the chairman of the judicial board on civil cases of the regional court noted, Kasymkhan Adilovich was respected among his colleagues, possessed amazing energy and willpower. His culture of conduct, objective and fair decisions on the most complex cases, he won a great respect among the population. "We bow to our older generation for their heroism and labour in the rear during the war years. Thanks to your heroism, we live in a happy time," he stressed.

Kasymhan Musin was born on April 23, 1910 in the Semey region. Kasymkhan Adilovich made a huge contribution to the development and development of the judicial system for forty years of work. Possessing high business and moral qualities, he worked for a long time as a judge in Charsky and then in Zharma district courts; he was elected as a people's judge of the II-section of Ayagoz district.

K. Mussin was repeatedly encouraged by diplomas and valuable gifts of the Supreme Council of Kaz. SSR, the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the KazSSR and the Supreme Court of the KazSSR, was awarded with medals "For Valiant Labour", "For the Development of Virgin Lands", "50 Years of KazSSR" for his work.
