The staff of the regional court explained the possibilities of the "Judicial Office" to the visitors of the PSC in Kyzylorda

The head of the department for protection of information resources and information technologies of the regional court administrator Shyngys Amankulov and the head of the city court's chancellery Nurila Duisenova together with the youth public association "Kyzylorda-Aqiqat Ainasy" conducted a public reception of citizens in the Public Service Center.

At the meeting they told the visitors of the PSC about the possibilities of the service "Judicial Office" and innovations in the courts. Thus, N. Duisenova clearly demonstrated the procedure for filing lawsuits and sending electronic documents via the "Judicial Office". Sh. Amankulov stressed that today the "Judicial Office" became accessible and via smartphones, the portal of the service through the application in the phone is synchronized with the majority of functionaries such as viewing current news, a list of cases, the dynamics of the proceedings and sent documents, process, which allows you to track the progress of the case in court. The users of the mobile application can communicate with each other in the "chat" and share news in social networks.

The speakers noted that 24,211 lawsuits were sent by the citizens to the courts of the region during 9 months of this year via the "Judicial Office".
